Information we collect

The pilot application may collect:

• Full name
• Work email address
• Company name
• Job role
• Approximate number of learners
• Type of training
• The training situation or course the applicant wants to create
• Confirmation that the applicant has read the privacy notice

When the form is submitted, our form provider may process technical information associated with the request, such as an IP address, browser information, submission time, and referring page. This information may be used for service operation, security, and spam prevention.

How we use the information

• Review and assess pilot applications
• Contact applicants about AgoCourse and possible pilot participation
• Understand the kinds of training organizations want to create
• Plan and administer the private pilot
• Respond to questions and requests
• Protect the form and website against abuse or security threats
• Comply with legal obligations where applicable

We do not use pilot-application information for unrelated advertising.

Our legal basis

We process application information because it is necessary to review a request to participate in the AgoCourse pilot and to take steps at the applicant’s request before possible participation.

We may rely on our legitimate interests in operating the pilot, communicating with potential participants, improving the application process, and protecting the website against abuse. We balance those interests against the rights and expectations of applicants.

Who we share information with

Access is limited to people and providers who need it.

• Authorized members of the AgoCourse and Min Sone AS team
• Formspree, which receives and processes pilot-form submissions
• The email provider used to deliver and store application notifications
• Hostinger, which provides website and domain-related hosting services
• Professional or legal advisers where necessary
• Public authorities where disclosure is legally required

We do not sell or rent pilot-application information.

Processing outside Norway and the EEA

Some service providers may process information in countries outside Norway or the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where required, transfers are protected through recognized legal safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep information

We generally retain pilot-application information for up to 12 months after our last contact with the applicant or the conclusion of the application process.

We may delete information earlier when it is no longer needed. We may retain limited information longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Formspree storage

Form submissions are processed through Formspree. The amount of time submission history remains available within Formspree may depend on the account plan and configuration.

Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request:

• Objection to processing
• Data portability where applicable

Cookies and analytics

The current AgoCourse landing page does not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, or web-analytics tools.

Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical request or server-log information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Automated decision-making

Pilot applications are not accepted or rejected through automated decision-making or profiling.

How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

No internet service can guarantee complete security.

Changes to this notice

We may update this privacy notice when the website, pilot process, or service providers change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
